Returns on unopened, unused boxes of flooring are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be subtracted from the total refund, which will be issued once the product has been returned to the warehouse. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable and the purchaser is subject to any shipping fees associated with the return. If the purchaser happens to reside near one of our warehouses, it is possible to coordinate an in-person return to avoid the return shipping charges. Returns must be coordinated within 60 days of purchase.
Returns on unopened, unused boxes of tile and hardscaping are subject to the same return policies as the SPC.
Exchanges on unopened, unused products are possible. All exchanges are subject to restocking fees and shipping charges, both of which are the responsibility of the purchaser. For product of equal value, no additional charges will apply. For product of greater value, the purchaser will receive an invoice for the difference. For product of lesser value, Decorner will issue a refund for the difference.

ALL OTHER PRODUCTS
We can accept returns of unopened paint and stain products as well as lights within 30 days of receiving your purchase. The purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with shipping the merchandise back to Decorner. The address to which returns must be shipped is:

Please allow 5-7 business days from when the item is delivered for your returned order to be processed. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).
We can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase. In the event you no longer have access to this account or it is no longer active, we will then process your refund in the form of a check mailed to the address in your customer profile which can take 4-6 weeks to process. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
